The two new poles to the right stand side-by-side with the Veterans’ Memorial grotto, which was constructed in 1982. The far right flag holds the American Legion Post 54 flag, and the one on the left holds the North Dakota State flag. The far left pole, which holds the United States flag, will be moved to the center (behind  the grotto), and the POW Flag will be added to it.��
